Our next beef availability is in October 2026.  Beef is sold based on  whole, half, or quarter animal fractions, cut to your specifications.  Pricing is based on the hanging weight of the carcass, which averages around 750 lbs for a whole.  
 
Fall 2026 pricing is as follows:
Whole: $4.80/lb
Half: $4.90/lb
Qtr: $5.00/lb
