While ideal for sauce making, our vine-ripened, no chemical Roma tomatoes can be enjoyed fresh too. The firstfruits of these tomatoes are about a third larger or nearly double the size of Romas you typically find in the grocery store. This makes sauce making a dream!  Since yield is weather dependent, payment is due upon receipt. We will contact you when your order is ready!
